We have very few rules for nutrition and the ones we do are simple and easy to incorporate into your daily life.  While we may share recipes and food tips, the core principles you will learn can be used at any time and in any place. 


The images we see and the words we hear are as important to our health as the food we eat or the movements we make. Reframing our thoughts and stopping the pollution of our minds with negativity or violence can improve our mental health tremendously. We share with you tools to help you achieve this mental well being and balance. 


Exercise is crucial to your body, regardless of age.  We consider your fitness level, athletic ability, body injuries or other restrictions, and  your schedule when determining a plan to fit your needs. Your plan evolves with you.
